My Lens

I operate from the belief that we are made for, and heal by, connection to ourselves and others.

My approach is integrative and relational, incorporating a variety of practices, tailored to your therapeutic needs and goals. As an EMDR trained, and trauma informed therapist I explore behaviors, beliefs and emotions through the lens of trauma. I help clients understand their true self, and step into their innate ability to trust themselves and heal.

My aim is to help you experience immediate relief, by empowering you with tools and resources. I also desire long-lasting change for you, and facilitate this through understanding and insight, emotional processing & integration, and deep healing at the root.
